I guess I am destined for poop literature. My first story (picture book ms) to hit the streets was a boy who was afraid to poop. I thought it was a pretty good story, but 12 rejections later, the poop was pooped. It now sits in the drainage of my computer, composted by my energy to submit new and poopless stories. It was my first try in getting out there. It was when I started this strange journey to publication. So, out of poop, good things can happen.
I'm not there yet, but hell, I wrote another poop story, about a doctor and a moose. (Don't fret now, this one is not going the submission route.) But still, check it out on Doreen Orion. Which as a matter of fact, is a very cool website with monthly contests and shoe obsessions. Doreen is soon to release her book "Queen of the Road". Just following the June 3rd release, you can come on over here to read all about it, and hear the truth of the truth of life on a bus. As it is, above is a valuable picture of her thumb, and the pooping moose I will soon own.
Thank you Doreen for the moose, contest, winnings... et al. You're the best!
I will keep you posted on any other poop-inspired stories. Don't we do things in threes?

I want a pooping moose! I'm googling "pooping moose" as soon as I leave your website. Did you know that if you google "bugs in lucite", there are hundreds of places to buy them? I know, because I had a big, ugly, "scorpion in lucite" keychain that I broke, (it was gross), and had to replace.
I just googled bugs... they look quite valuable. But none so as my soon to be moose. :-) You should check out my pooping pig - I will take a picture of it for you all some time. :-)
Love the moose! I want one too! One of my co-workers has a pooping pig in his cubicle.
So since you're a shrink, is there some hidden meaning in the fact we all think discussing poop and farting is funny?
It all goes back to Freud and number 2. As in age that is. :-)
Your poop (and my book) is on the way. I only hope you like the book half as much as you will the poopin' moose.
Thanks, Doreen. The moose is the topping... the book, the real prize indeed. I know I'm going to love it, especially since I read your other book - you kept me entranced the whole way through.
